Clutch noise, now starting problems.

A couple of days ago I left work and when I started the car, the clutch made a terrible grinding noise when it was pushed to the floor.

Very similar to this: https://www.camaroz28.com/forums/sho...t=clutch+noise

Right after that started, I began having starting issues as well. The car is very slow to crank and will only do so at all if I haven't driven it in a few hours. If it starts and I turn it off and try to start it again, it won't. Also, I noticed last night that if I push in the clutch while I'm driving, the noise only last a couple of seconds and as soon as it stops, my voltage drops and the lights in the dash and headlights dim. As soon as I release the clutch, everything goes back to normal.

Are these two things even related? I don't even know where to start.

It's a 95 z28 if that matters/helps. Replacing the battery did nothing.
