Clutch master cylinder

I've never actually seen a M6 f-body, but since my 4l60e blew anyway, I was considering swapping to a M6. I thought they use a hydraulic clutch, my question is, if they do, will my coilpacks be in the way?

Just go to my car in my sig please, Theres a couple pic's under my hood after the coil packs were put on.

Thanks
