Clutch install, how difficult? Anything else I should do?

My factory clutch is pretty much toast. How difficult of a job is it to DIY? Easier than say, long tube headers? I'll probably do this myself, so ill pickup some sort of atv/trans jack. Any other special tools I need, aside from lots of beer?

I'll probably drain the trans fluid as it is 10+ years old.

I also want to get a new driveshaft as mine has a terrible vibration. Is it worth adding a ds safety loop?

Is there anything else I should do from a maintenance/upgrade perspective while I have everything apart?

Thanks
Chris
