It's all about how much "Jack" you want to spend! If you want light weight, pretty strong (Less than 450 to the wheels with auto, 400 - 425 with manual) go with the 1LE shaft aluminum. I am using a spicer 3.5 inch I bought from Jim Pace Paceparts.com and it's great.

I have a 3.5 inch aluminum driveshaft too. You may run into clearance issues with aftermarket exhausts with a driveshaft that big. But the lighter driveshaft is a nice mod. It made a noticeable imnprovement in acceleration for me.
