Cheap rear end

I'm to cheap to put down a couple grand on a strong rear end so I can run some ET streets, Is there anything I could get from a junk yard that will bolt in that is stronger than what i got now?

Re: Cheap rear end

The cheapest thing you could do would be buy a Moser Bolt in housing, torque arm and 31spline axle setup. This runs about $950. Then you'll have to go to your local salvage yard and search junk cars/pickup trucks for a 31 spline, posi 9 inch with the gears you want. 3.50's aren't to hard to find anything lower than that and you'll have a tough time. Ebay also has 3.50 posi centersections for about $150+ shipping. All together you should be able to do this for about $12-1300.

No. You would have to build your own ABS setup, which would run around another $1-150.
