Unhappy Changing rear gears, where can I find some heavy duty cap bolts?

I'm getting ready to change the gears in my 96ws6 and have a rear girdle with the preload and wanted to upgrade my bearing cap bolts, where can I get some and what type. Anyother reasonable upgrades while I have this apart. Trying to get by for a while till I can aford a 9inch.

Re: Changing rear gears, where can I find some heavy duty cap bolts?

what gears are you going with?
Usually what breaks is the shock being put on the rear breaks teeth on the ring and pinion gears..with 4:10's the pinion gear is like a the size of an egg.

i bought the TA Main cap stud kit from http://www.thunderracing.com/catalog...vid=4&pcid=210
I would pick up a RaTech soild pinion spacer as well like 17$ from thunder racing aswell, Cheap insurance for the ol' 10 bolt. it replaces the crush collar in your install kit
