breakin period for tc/stall?

im wondering is there any break-in period on torque converters, or can you start stalling the sh*t out of it immediately after install.

im going from a 2800 to a 3600.
any help will be appreciated.
thanks
michael

Don't think so - but I'd put some miles on it anyway to give the PCM a little time, make sure it's shifting right, fluid level is spot on, no leaks, etc. After I drove mine a couple days had to add fluid.
