Break in mileage?

How long is it for a 4L60E that was completely rebuilt, everything internal is new except for computer, to be "broken in". It has a really hard 1-2 shift right now.

Mine took about 500-1000 miles. Then stuff started settling in.

edit: by settling in I mean the shifts got more consistant, and they weren't as hard yet still firm.
