Bm Shift Plus

I,ve had this for years unhooked and used it for the first time in couple years. Now i know why i don,t use it ;the part throttle shifts are more firm than i,d like(esp.driving normal) and under more throttle didn,t notice any difference My ? is, is this normal or when they change the firmness byway of pcm tuning does it basically act the same way?Anyone w/experiences w/this BM item or testimonials after getting their pcm shift firmness changed please chime in. Basically i want it to shift like it did originally, not noticeable when going slow, but able to bark when going into 2nd gear and maybe 3rd(of course under w.o.t)THANKSfor any replies.
