Blown up spec stage 3?

The other day i was driving my car, going easy on it and everything worked fine. I parked the car and when i went to start it up, with the clutch in, and it in gear, it will try to take off. The pedel pressure seems the same and i dont see leaks or low fluid level. Is my clutch welded together or my master cylinder not working? If it is my clutch, can you rebuild a stage 3 and upgrade it to a 3+?

I would think that it is your master cylinder or slave cylinder leaking.
