Best Shift Kit?

What is the best shift kit for our cars? Also what setting do you have it on? My car is daily driven so nothing too drastic. Also where is the cheapest place to get it from? LAst question what tranny cooler? Thanks!

Opinions vary but I have had very good luck with Trans Go shift kits.
I have a B&M tranny cooler that has worked very well for me so far.
I would not put the shift kit on the harshest setting one step down should be fine.
