bad vibration

I have a 3.4L 94 camaro automatic. everytime I put it in gear it would idle so hard that it would vibrate the whole dash. what could be wrong with the tranny?. the RPM needle is steady.

sounds like the good old tranny mount, do a search and you find a ton of info on this very comon problem,

dont worry its a cheap and easy fix.
