Bad throw out bearing?

I just got my car all together and running today after installing a Street Twin clutch set up, and theres a lot of noise coming from the throw out bearing. While idling with the clutch out it is noisey, kind of like a rattling metalic sound, when I hold in the clutch the noise goes away. Also when I drive it whines really loud and high pitch with the clutch out and in gear moving. And it keeps wanting to pop out of reverse , I guess that could be the tranny though. The throw out bearing I used was the one that came with the kit and it was all brand new. Do you think I damaged the TO bearing putting it in or does this sound normal? I know that some are loud by nature, but this things really loud.
