B&M SHIFT PLUS INSTALL???

I have a 97 Z28 and the guy that i had bought the car from had purchaced a B&M Shift Plus for it but never installed it. I am wanting to install it but have no instructions. Does anyone know how to do this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
