Axle snapped, cant get peice out...

Axle snapped, cant get peice out...

well exactly how the topic says it... check out the pics of the broken axle... and the rest of it is in there... and i cant push it back in enough(using the good axle to try to push it in, to get the c-clamp off)

any ideas?!?!

thats it, any idea? the part that is missing off the top i cant get out of the housing...

Looks like you could pull the carrier with that piece still in it. Then you could work on it on the bench. Have you tried that yet?

not yet, gonna start working on it again this weekend...

its mainly my friend doing the work(hes becomming a ford mechaninc) but im going to try, ive learned alot in the last few months(from him, and his friends) about the mechanical things... i may be able to... he said hed kill me if i broke it any farther
