I have a question about my transmission. I have an automatic transmission and whenever I am racing my car and leave it in drive it shifts out of 1st gear at about 5000 rpm and will hardly ever stay in until redline. And also when shifting into 3rd it will usually bounce off the limiter a couple times at the top of second, before shifting. Both things are hindering my performance and I was just wondering what, if any thing, I could do to fix this. Thanx

thats strange because my car almost hits the rev limiter between shifts.

 

You need programming to get the shift points perfect for racing.
