Art Carr vs Pro Built, whos better

Well its nearing that time to buy my tranny, should be ordering in 2 weeks or less and I am trying to chose between these 2 companys.

ART CARR vs PRO BUILT

Both have a 1 year warantee
Both are $1899 for their best 4L60E
Both sell converters for the same price and stall with a 2 year warantee and a free RESTALL
I spoke to both on the phone, the Pro built guy seemed much more willing to offer help on any questions I had.

Art Carr backs his up to 750 HP
PRo Built says 650 HP

Which would you chosE?
