How do you have the box wired in and what do you have the dip switchs set on? we have tried all kinds of applications and can't get this dang thing to read anywhere close to the real speed. A picture or a pin out of just a good desription of which signal you wired in and what the switchs are set on would be awsome.

OUT1, DIP 3 ON or Dip 4 ON, Out 3) and the tech suggested switching to Out 4.

So "out1 dip 3 on" is one way and "out 3 dip 4 on" is another? in which senario did the tech suggest switching to out 4?
