After burnout 4l60e trans won't shift

This is a pro built w/all the extras trans.If I do a burnout It'll not shift to 2nd when I leave.
Man I need help fast.

are you hitting the rev limiter?i know in my car if i hit the rev limiter it wont shift...have to turn the car off for 30 seconds with key out of the ignition and thenn its fine

What size stall are you running and does it throw the tranny into limp mode? Sounds like it could be a stall wall problem.

i know that you don't want to do this everytime, but you can shut the car off between the burnout and staging. i did that when i was still working with bryan to get new programs. atleast that way you can clear the limp home mode if thats whats happening

i did convert to obdi and run a 3200 stall
