abs with a torsen diff

I have been told that when you switch to a torsen diff on a '95 Z28 that the abs relocator gear can not be used that they only came in diff were the sensors are at the wheels . does any one know if this is true?

Apparently, not true. I haven't done the swap personally, but since I have a torsen HD and more parts and have chosen to go with a 12 bolt in my '86, I'm using it all in my '94...

I guess the reluctor ring unbolts with the ring gear. I could see it not working with a 2 series carrier, but I have a 3 series so it should work...
