I installed a Napa standard clutch kit in my 96 z28, now I get a vibration when starting off (letting clutch out) slow and smooth. If I do a higher rpm launch - I dont get the vibration but its pretty bad. I am thinking of pulling everything out and putting in a new flywheel. Is this normal for an aftermarket clutch in these cars? BTW my car has 64k miles.

 

sounds like clutch chatter. that could be a bad flywheel, or misaligned clutch, and probably other causes i cant remember
