94 z28 peformabuilt 4L60E TC slip

I have a level 2 pB transmission that's slipping under load going up hills. The trans unlocks and the rpms go up to keep the speed. It then goes back to normal on flat or going down hills. Oil isn't low and never has been, doesn't smell burnt either. What could be happening? What should I look for? I can make a scan of it and post it? Is it under warrenty (to pb)

Been working 16 shifts for a few weeks straight. Was hoping someone might know what to look for. I'll record a trip to work soon and show soon.

Well if it unlocks underload that would be normal perhaps the timing of the unlock is off but thats not considered a slip. Its sounds like the converter is being commended to unlock. Normally the converter should only be locked at near steady throttle and not during acceleration of deceleration. But once aceleration is done should relock.
