700r4 lockup help

Exclamation 700r4 lockup help

well ive got a 93 z28 t56 car that i put a 700r4 in place of the t56 the 700r4 is out of a 1987 trans am and the problem ive ran into is i dont know how to hook up the lockup converter .... if any body could help with maybe a universal type kit i can buy to hook it up or a list of parts i need and how to do it that would be great ... as always any help is greatly appreciated thanks.

I would talk to Frank at CPT, I am not just saying that becuse he is a tranny builder, but I did a quick search and he came up in most threads about this I looked at...

i found this from summit racing im thinking this is what i need and most likely the easiest way to hook up the lockup ?

You have to add text to the URL tag for it to make a link work, fixed it for you...

BTW, from reading the description it sounds like what you need according to what I read in that last thread I linked to above. You may still want to ask one of the tranny guys though...
