are you sure all air is out of system. I had similar issue just a few weeks ago and my slave cylinder went bad. as far as vibration, could be many variables, start with driveshaft

Fluid Movement

I just checked my 96 m6 that is in perfect working order. The clutch fluid in the resevoir did not move to any noticeable extent when the clutch was pressed in. So I would say that no movement is not a sign of a problem.

Flywheel?

Did you change your flywheel..If so..did the vibration start afterward?

Same Issue

I had the same issue a few months back after changing my clutch a pressure plate. I ended up going back in and changing the flywheel and it cured the issue. May not be your problem..but sure was mine.
