4l60e rebuild

i got a rebuild kit from pro built. i wanted to know how hard it is to rebuild a 4l60e? i ordered the book on it 2. also with TC to go with. IT gonna be bolted onto a 355 with 250 n02 so i want to make sure it holds up

Have you ever rebuilt a tranny before? if you have, then go for it. If you have never been inside a tranny, I would have someone there who has.

Also, what kind of rebuild kit did you purchase? Does the kit simply replace the worn out stock components with OEM style stuff? My point is if you are going to rebuild the tranny to basically stock specs. then it most will not be able to take a regular beating from a built up nitrous injected motor.

The kit he ordered should be able to hold up to this, if installed correctly.
