4L60E differences?

This may be a dumb question, but I have to ask.

My 4L60E recently exploded in my 1995 Camaro Z28, I recently found a 4L60E that came out of a 1994 Camaro V6. Is there any differences in the electronics between a 94 and 95 transmissions or will the 94 v6 transmission work fine with the 95 ECM?

Thanks

The V6 trans has a different bell pattern and will not bolt to the V8

You actually have 2 differences. The V-6 not only uses a different bell housing, but even if they were both V-8's, they wouldn't interchange. '94 and '95 4L60E's aren't interchangeable.
