4l60e about to go?

I have a 94 z28 w/ A4. It seems that recently it has been a little clanky. for example. When I put it into gear, it takes about a second, and slams into gear. When I give it gas, it doesnt seem to shift as smooth, or I should say as quiet as it used to. When I slow down to stop, and it shifts into first, I can hear and feel it. It makes a kind of loud clicking noise. Now I know my plugs are gapped wrong, O2s are bad, opti is bad, and coil is bad. Could these sensors, or components possibly effect my shift points, and firmness a little? or is the tranny just on her way out? It all started after I did those d*mn headers. Back then, I didnt know anything about plug gap, opti, what not. Now im paying for it. I changed fluid 3000 miles ago
