converting a 98 camaro z28 to a built 4l60 with 2600 stall. anyways im wondring if anyone has instructions for wiring the tranny came from a 2000 ss so no woring harness swaps but i have the large conector for the tranny also can you wire it with it in the car and can i drive it onto my trailer without wiring the big plug? as in will it go into 1st and drive 25 feet and reverse and drive 25 feet?

With no wiring to the transmission it will move fwd. and rev., but it will move forward in 3rd gear, because there's no juice to the shift solenoids. Both need to be powered up to give you first gear.

will it hurt to load it on the trailer with 3rd then? also its a 3600 stall typo lol.
