I've completely ruined my 4l60e tranny and got a price from a close friend than runs a transmission shop and was just wanting to see if he gave me a good price or not. He told me he would rebuild it for $975. I'm pretty sure it's a pretty darn good price, but just want to get a second opinion. That is him taking it out and re installing everything for 975. Thanks

ummm. I don't think he is. I'm pretty sure he's just talking about a normal rebuild

 

Oh I didnt see where he was taking it out and reinstalling so yes thats a very very good deal even with just a stock rebuild I would say .
