i've been getting the run around from a local shop that did my rebuild...i got the car back today and its about as good as its going to get i suppose....problem is 1st gear will not hold...it will always shift out at about 2000 rpm into 2nd, unless i put the selector in 1. is there anything i can do to fix this...i have no idea what they did. ive tried adjusting the TV valve, no change. i was thinking maybe if there was a 1-2 shift spring, that maybe its really stiff and causing it to shift too early...im pretty much on the verge of selling it and getting a 6spd cause im tired of this tranny bs.
