ok im back again i did take the governer out and sure enough the valve was stuck. I took it to have it fixed and put it back into the car. The car now shifts at hte correct time and will shift down on its own however the car will not shift into 4th gear. i took the valve body out before the governer cleaned it reinstalled it with new fluid any ideas on what the problem is. any help on the subject previously described will be much appreciated. thanks, Zack
