3 hooked to 4 channel ABS

3 hooked to 4 channel ABS
Has any one tried to hook up a 4 channel ABS rearend to a 3 channel car by running wires from the 3 channel wire plug in to one of the ABS sensors on of a 4 channel rearend? Mine is going and am getting a a deal on this rearend , I am going to get it any way but if I can keep the ABS would be great.

The reluctor ring in your 3 channel is different from the reluctor rings in the 4 channel. Not sure if the frequency produced by both is the same or not so that the EBCM isn't confused.
..... try it and find out?!
