i have a rear that supposedly came out of a 98 Camaro. i pull of the diff cover and count # teeth on the ring and divide it by the # teeth on the pinion.

13 teeth on the pinion
40 teeth on the ring

40 divided by 13 = 3.076923

round it up, right?
which would be 3.08

thanks
