Yea, it looks like it will replace it. It says it fits the 2 series carrier. By the way, I have not heard good reviews on Richmond. Stay with GM gears or Strange.
Also, call up Summit to be sure those gears will fit your 2 series carrier.

richmend gears are ok just make sure they are set up EXACTLY like they say or they will make noise. they are different from old school setups. almost any gear sets are ok anymore

from what I have seen, the richmond directions call for a different pattern that normal. I set up a set of 3.73 series 2 gears in my buddies camaro like the directions state(pattern) and they are silent.

Proves when all else fails read the directions

Yeah, set them up to the directions and they will be fairly quiet.

I had like 7 teeth come off the ring perfectly from Strange 3.73s for my original series 2 carrier. I thought by having a thicker ring, it would make the setup stronger. DEAD WRONG, it last me only a year. They did whine though, the malfeasant *** who set em up said they would be noisy.

Now I'm using the Strange pinion, GM 41 tooth ring, and an old Auburn diff, cost me nothing in parts or labor, whines like a banshee, but gets me to work and back.
