2.73, 3.73, 4.11, stall

From: brunswick ohio, small burb south of cleveland
i am stalling in a rebuilt 12" at 2400. the 4 speed auto has the 3.23 in the rear. what gears would you recommend for me?? its weekend and fun only. no daily driver but i do drive it to the track. i was leaning towards 3.42 but think this is not enough of a change. if i am going to do it aleast put in a 3.73. 4.10's sound too steep i think. what do you guys think??
