12-bolt

what do you guys think of the different 12-bolt's that are available. I have a 3 channel system. And I want to maintain my ABS. What are your guys' takes on the different ones available?

I like the Strange 12 bolt, too. I don't have one, but they seem to be a more direct swap. It's on my ever growing list of mods... $$$

I have found them within $50 of each other, so yeah for $50 I would pay more for the strange because moser is known to have QC issuse and sets the gears up to howl like a banshee...

Re: 12-bolt

Personally I run a Strange unit. I've had good luck with Strange for about 10 years now in multiple different cars.

What turned me off of the Moser unit was the following:
a) No through-bolt TA Mount; head MANY MANY stories about bolts backing out; this could be solved with lock-wire, but the Strange has the through-bolts.
b) Assembly Required including pressing the bearings onto the axles. The Strange units are fully assembled, with lube, and dyno tested to make sure everything runs perfect.

The Strange was for the most part a paint and install unit. No issues with things lining up, fitment, nor the abuse from me driving 20K on it so far. We'll see how it holds up next summer though behind a Solid-Roller N20 injected 396 with close to 1K fwhp on the bottle.

Quality Control, and yes most people complain Moser is loud, until they change the gears at least...
