ET Streets actually suck at the track. Me and my friends have tested this time and time again at the track. The first run is the best run, everything after that and the time just goes up and I start chirping them in 3rd. With stock radials I was chirping them in 4th. 
Seem to work just fine for me.

I heat mine but only for 2-3 seconds. Even at 20PSI, I was going 1.62. Dropping to 15PSI later only added consistancy. 28X11.5X15 ET Streets
With the spray I'm guessing 14PSI and a 5-7 good seconds of smoke will work best. 10bolt with Auburn Posi and Richmond 3.73's.
