38k on it, w/ a very slight head gasket leak which doesnt effect performance (seals up very quick after warmed up, no coolant in oil, runs perfect). Stock plugs/wires still.

Thinking about taking it to the 1/4 next couple weeks.

I would guess high 13's would be in the ballpark.

With good air, no problems with the car, decent traction and a competent driver 13.5-13.7, at 100-102. I was running 13.5's with similiar mods way back when in decent air (although I didn't have a "tune").

Good traction will be key. I would say high 13's probably if your on a street tire. If your on a radial then mid 13's should sound right.

Good luck with the piece

Fixed. All modern street tires are radials. A drag radial is an entirely different thing.

Fixed your grammar while I was at it.

You should fix it now, before it becomes a bigger problem.

I'm gona bars leak it temporarily, since I dont have time to fix it for a while. The cars gone to WOT many times and never had a problem. Like said the head gasket is very very minor and seals up when full warmed. I add like a 1/4 cup every 4 months

You dont understand how minor it is, I contemplate even fixing it. The dipstick only went down maby 4 notches over 5,000 miles.
