what do you think
ran a 13.9 before any of the mods below what do you think ill run with what ive done since then , but remember ,street tires, im hoping for a 13.6 maybe

Cutout and stall could be good for that. Headers will help even more becuase in 1994 the major exhaust restriction is in the stock exhaust headers. Traction may very well be an issue on street tires.
