went to the track on street tires....times within

finally got to the track this friday night and i had fun but my times really sucked . my car is unchanged since last time i went 13.3@101. but friday night i went w/ my street setup which is 17/18 Z06 wheels, and i removed the sway bar. first run i ran a v6 stang and he stayed with me till about the 1/8th. then i ran some 12 second camaros. i really didnt expect much from my car since i didnt even have slicks. times as follows

2.39 60ft
9.58@77 1/8th
14.6@97
cutout closed and left off idle

2.1 60ft
8.94@79
13.9@99
opened cutout launched @1200

3rd run was the same as 2nd

my car really sucks without slicks, cant even stall the car past 2300rpm. i've tried stalling the car like i do w/ the et streets and it doesnt compare. alot of it had to do with running the car on those heavy *** wheels. i dynoed my car w/ this setup and it only put out 267hp/288tq witht the cutout open. before that i dynoed my car w/ my race setup which was 16's all around and it pushed out 274hp/284tq through an LS1 oem muffler. never wnet back to dyno witht the cutout open. either way i had fun but next time i plan on skinnies/3.73's/1.6rr/tune and hopefully i'll run at least a 12.8@104mph+

It's near impossible to run a good time on a stalled car with street tires. My BFG DR's don't even hook up all the time.
