Weight Reduction - Carpet

I gutted the car today for the 10 point cage that's going in next week. I need to replace my carpet. Is there light weight carpet available? And what would be the cheapest place to get carpet from. Car is a 95 Formula.

Thanks,
Jason

Cheapest way is to go to PepBoys/Autozone and just get a roll of auto/marine carpet.
I ordered Carpet from YearOne which was ACC carpet, the new carpet is about 10lbs at MOST,compared to the 50+lb stock stuff.

Wouldn't that be really hard to form to the body of the car? I'd like something I can just throw in there and not have to spend a lot of time on.

you said cheap,not easy

on a serious note, the ACC carpet was nice, precut for the body, and we just had to make the corresponding cuts where needed.

Yeah only problem is that carpet is like $300 . I'd use the cheap stuff, but dont want to spray that sticky stuff to make it stay down. Incase I ever want to changer carpet again.

I got Carpet, replacement A pilar and kicker pannel for passenger side for $115 shipped from Zparts@aol.com. All used stuff of course, but hey it's half the price and I would just ruin it anyway when I strip it and cut it for the cage.

I went to a local car uplostery and bought like 5 yards of charchoal gray auto carpet for like 50$ and it matched my old but it is not pre molded and it took a little time to put it but it is light and cheap. Take a look on my web site i got a few pics.
