Trying to figure out a time and launch

Well I am trying to figure out a time to shoot for this season and launch RPM.
96 Z A4
SLP 3.42 rear (out of a 96 SS), LCA relocaters and Red line fluid
Spohn LCA's
Spohn PHR
BMR STB
GMPP CAI
Free mods and 160*
A/C, spare/jack, front sway bar, rear seats delete
New MSD wires and new plugs
Tune
Mobil 1 15W-50
Stuff like that

I hope to have a 2800 Stall in by next season and a full exhaust in my the end of the season but I am trying to figure out a time to shoot for with what I got and a launch RPM. When I was stock last season and with a 3.73 LSD rear I could laucnh pretty good in the lower 1k range (that was just trying it on a few back roads, I never got a chance to go to the track). I know the suspension stuff should help a lot but I know a lot of it is the crummy tires I have. I figure with the stall I will need some E.T. Streets or something.
I also think the car is a factory freak, with free mods and CAI I ran a few LS1 cars and was on their back bumper the entire time. Ran two 04 GT'S, one manual one auto, they both got a better launch and I still won by a little (had the 2.73 then). So I am thinking its a freak.

With 3.42's, a ~2800 stall, and sticky tires, your launch RPM should be floored, and I'd expect to see low 13's out of the car at least. With gears alone, you should be running somewhere in low 14's - high 13's. The stall will knock a good ~1/2 second off your time, as long as you can get traction.

You can't really compare your car to others based on how they ran on the streets. I'm not doubting you can run close to LS1's, but it doesn't make your car a freak. Track times are a better gauge of a "freak" car.
