track slip please advise

went to the track again. i am still not happy my first time out I was running 14.1 all my runs today were 14.2x please look and help me out
I was launching at 3000 rpms but the car felt like it was boggin, I took it to 3500 and spun like crazy I then lowered to 3200 and spun again. maybe I am not warming my tires up good enough? I am running NITTOS set at 19psi and my 60ft is only slightly better than with street tires 2.2 vs 2.1

heres my best slip

r/t .909
60 2.160
330 6.061
1/8 9.216
mph 78.13
1000 11.923
1/4 14.208
mph 98.61

I was powershifting at about 6,000 rpms like I said I launched at 3,000 rpms and just side stepped the clutch

Advise please

Is the car completely stock? If so, then you're doing about what you should be. Don't sweat it.

Edit: Just read your other thread again. Borla and free mods. Your car is fine, you just need more mods. Go for some Jet-Hot LTs . That should put ya at 13.7ish with the same 60' times.

Was there a change in the weather (temp, AA, humidity) or track conditions... that can effect your runs.

it was about 20 degrees hotter the second time and humidity was about 60%. Would this make the difference even though the 60 ft was better and the MPH was the same?

Yep. Your car will run better in cooler, drier weather.

weather played a big part in it. also, try lowering the air pressure in those tires a little (like 12-15 psi)

with a good 60', u have a high 13 sec car
