Your gears will hurt you a couple of tenths... The air conditions are everything at NED. You should be in the 1.9 range, generally on a street night and if you can get there you may find 2-3 tenths waiting for you at the other end..., which would put you maybe 13.7... Which is about right for your gears...
On my TAG system, I have seen the DA calculated between -400 and +3,000 depending on the day and time of year so weather is really a crap shoot. ET is about DA more than temp so you really can't technically "feel" whether or not it is good or not... BP of 30 is much better than a BP of 28.5 for example, and unless you are a weatherman with a bum kneee that acts up when the BP drops, you need to look at a weather station to get an idea of what is actually going on.

well i did let off when the car was about to shift into 2nd... i felt like she wasnt gonna shift and i got scared... plus i got a ****ty launch... tires broke loose while loading her up at the line so i just took off... that explains the red light...
I believe the oil is coming from the dipstick tube after removing and reinstalling it during the header install i think i may have broken it....and when i get the car at WOT some oil may shoot out of the break in it...im gonna try replacing it and see where that gets me... i am also going to have a tranny fush done and fuel injector cleaner service done b4 i go back up
btw ted i remember when i was like 12 i talked to u about ur car...i distictly remember saying u drove it to the track and everything....i am now 18... and am driving an LT1... u are a great influence!!

Wow. What a great thing to say. Thank you.
One more word of advice then...
Get triple A.
It is great to do things "old school" and drive to the track but sooner or later the drive to the track will turn into the ride home from the track. My home is 95 miles from Epping and the Triple A Plus package is good for 100 miles.
I broke down in MA a couple of weeks ago in my Sebring and my Triple A had lapsed... $150 to get me towed to a service center, plus $120.00 for a cab ride to Wells Beach, then my wife had to come get me, and two days later we had to drive back to Georgetown, MA to get the Sebring and bring it back to Brunswick. Lets just say that was a painful reminder for me to renew my membership...

I thought AAA onlt towed to their sponsored shops? depending on what broke, you may be taken for another ride there. i wish there was a membership program that would just tow you to your damn house, so i could fix things myself... lol

I get younger by the minute.
Actually I was performing a wedding in Salem, and had another one in Wells beach later that day. I was only 20 minutes late but the bride was a little stressed since it was an outdoor wedding and it was raining in addition to my problems. The car for no apparent reason overheated and Chrysler didn't have the foresight to place the thermostat where it could be easily reached...

I am trying to get this on the road to try out there:
I should take delivery within two weeks. I have not physically seen it yet and cut the deal online. Supposedly it has a braking problem which needs to be resolved but otherwise is fine. August is extremely busy and I will be a week in Orlando for a computer conference and sponsor meetings, plus a full booking of weddings and a couple of IT clients are changing locations.
I expect early/mid September I will be able to test it out (provided I can get the brakes properly working).
Specs are below:
Max. Horsepower: approx. 300 (430 - 500*) HP
Max. Torque: approx. 400 (600 - 660*) ft-lb
Weight: approx. 5000 lb
Length: 16 ft
Width: 6 ft 2 in
Height: 42 in
Ground Clearance: 5 in
Acceleration, 0 - 60 mph: 7 - 9 sec (5 - 7 sec*)
Acceleration, 1/4 mile: 14 - 16 sec
Acceleration, 1/4 mile top speed: approx. 97 mph
Top Speed: approx. 140 - 160 mph (about 100 mph in 3rd gear)
Gas Mileage Equivalent**: 60 - 100 mpg (about 3-5 cent/mi)
Range: 100 - 140 miles per charge
Recharge time: approx. 6 hrs.
Clutch: Centerforce double sprung
