suspension adjustments (stock 4th gen)

the car is all over the road under WOT and i'm constantly correcting for it. it might not be as bad if it was an auto and i had both hands on the wheel but thats not the case here

who has pointers on which ways too make adjustments in the panhard rod and LCA's too help some with this issue..i've also got a GW traclink tq arm and its adjustable but its a PITA too adjust with it on the car
i havent been able too do any hard launching yet... but ideas on all that would be helpful too

meaning, in what direction of the adjustment will have what affect on the handling and launch
if you need more info, just ask...i'm not sure what else too give

any good books, online write ups...any racers want too share there suspension log book with me

Spinning? I dunno its hard to tell why it would drive all around on the road unless you were doing it . Since your having to shift if/when you goto shift fast its pretty easy to move the wheel a little when you goto shift. Just a guess though no idea as to the real reason.
Generally the panhard bar is for centering the rear under the car, so unless you've gotten the wide tires under there and it needs to be moved I don't think you need to mess with adjusting that much.
If your lower control arms are adjustable make sure those are even. Its easy to adjust them and get the rear cocked one way or another. You can check this by running a tape measure center of front wheel to center of rear on each side, should be the same and equal whatever the stock wheelbase is.
As for the torque arm, this needs to be adjusted with the weight on the wheels and you'll have to get out the ol angle finder and find a flat spot on the rear to check the pinion angle. 0 to -1 degrees is a good starting point for a street car. This will aid in the launch at the drag strip, don't ask me about handling, i'm more familiar (no expert by far)with straight line

Anyhow, you can see how that works out for you.
