Rain-X works grrrreat. It'll take the shoe polish right off...hell, I've even left the numbers on for weeks (baking in the sun too) and Rain-X takes it off w/o a fuss.

A razor blade will work too but it takes a little longer.

Thanks for all the great help... BUT, one more question. After removing the numbers i wash my car and when the water beads off the car u can see the numbers in a ghostly way (didnt know of any other way to put it) Any adivce for that?

I think they should be illegal in bracket racing. It's too easy for the driver to change his/her dial in after crossing the line into the burnout box.

If the person in the tower is doing their job, by the time you even pull up to the water box your dial-in should already be entered into the computer. That's why they tell you to check your dial-in on the dial-in board.

At Atco, the tower can't see your dial in until you go through the wall into the burnout box. I guess you could make sure the dial in on the board for your opponent is what it was before you rolled over the line and paired up.

I don't know, I still don't like them.
