Removing ABS

To all those with Ford 9''s

Does anyone know of all the fittings needed to delete ABS? I am going to start the project and don't know what I need. I am going to run the front brake line into my line lock and then into a tee that supplies each front wheel. Then for the back, I need to go into a Wilwood proporting valve and then splice into the rear line running to the back. I am not sure what fittings I need, like which ones are SAE or Metric. Also if anyone removed ABS, did you use stock master cylinder or did you use the Wilwood brake pedal/balance bar assembly and 2 single masters cylinders? Thanks
