If I have a car that runs in the 12's and want to put race seats in for added weight reduction will it pass tech since I will not have a roll bar to anchor the seats to in the back. I am looking at getting some summit seats and using the double lock adjustable sliders. So the question is, if I am too slow to need a roll bar can I instal the seats without mounting in the back and still pass tech. I would run a Y- 5 point harness and have it bolted into the floor.
