QA1 drag shock question/

My 99 Z28 has QA1 drag shocks on the rear & there is a dial on the shock that has - in one direction and + in the other direction. Which way do I turn the dial towards for maximum traction. I'm going to the track Sunday 19 -Oct at Atco N.J. and will finally be getting some time slips with it. The thing that really sucks is I'll be on the GSC's instead of some BFG drag radials.

The - is softer and the + is harder. You wont to run it as hard as you can and still get traction. If traction is a problem set it softer.

Shocks

If ya dont have loose front shocks/adjustables
Then yer gonna want to be bout in the middle.
I would start at 6-7 ckicks out from all the way stiff.

Carefull with the adjusters on those shocks, if ya tighten them to tight you will have to pull thew **** off to loosen the adjuster back up. If ya have a small allen set (rc car stuff) then reset the adjuster **** so that when ya turn it all the way in Its at the last click. This makes both shocks adjust the same AND helps prevent overtightening the ****..

Then do what 10.90streetcar said bout set up. Keep in mind you are probably NOT gonna dead hook with those tires
