I know on the 555r drop it to 17 maybe less psi(snapped an axle doing that)

but what psi for the normal street radial 555 275/35/18

would 25 be right? normal pressure? or still go to like 20.... just wondering...

ps - ever since i put the 18s/555 on i get wheel hop, not bad, but there... is that normal? did i just get used to having drag radials?

 

27-32 psi for street tires. Especially 17s-18s because they have such a short sidewall that any pressure loss makes the center tread cup up away from the pavement.
